Only merit about this company is the salary package but the management is weak. They will hire an employee and within weeks or even days, will terminate the employee without valuating their performance.

Dislikes

...en following the mentioned rules in the agreement between employer and employee. Dont join this company by viewing the salary package. No projects for this company and that is the reason why they terminate employees. No professional growth

Loved the management and HR a lot. They were so friendly and open minded to me. Especially Ms.Meera Mr.Jega Mr.Kingsly were so gentle in behaviour to me. I wish TD would work Pan India level soon.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
