TCS is really good company to join but only after you get experience. Starting as a fresher is not so good as you will end up in support positions and same work everyday. So my suggestion is if you have other offers as a fresher go for it and come back here once you get good experience. If you dont have any other offers in hand then you can join but try to get into technical roles as for it you will get. Also there are many things to learn here as they give you access to plenty of learning platforms so make full use of it. Try to do as many certifications as you can. I started here as a fresher and my experience was really good.

I love TCS because it's good for girls but personally for me I am the unluckiest one because for two years I didn't get good hikes and growth in TCS. The projects I go ramp downs and I lost my hikes worried about this alot. But Love TCS!

compensation is pathetic. year on year raise in compensation is very horrible. huge variable pay and its not paid above c2 level associates.
