Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

I am happy to work here only for job security. Who are coming more experience with good salary Can stay until there carrier. Not recommended for freshers for staying longer time Just learn and go with in 2 years.

Good company to work with job security.. It all depends on the account mgmt and how they handle it.... Will get leave when ask but again responsibility lies to manage work when away as there is no backup except emergency cases....
