Job security (Will allocate you to any support project if you are on bench but will never fire you)

1. Very less salary 2. Mostly support related projects and 24/7 shift job 3. No professional growth, no appreciation and rewards for your work and dedication 4. Worst appraisal percentage very lower than the market standards 5. Some offices have strict dress code policies
