IN TCS, THE MENTAL HEALTH IS AVERAGE BECAUSE OF THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT PEOPLE, THE SECURITY OF JOB IS UP TO THE MARK, WORK CULTURE IS NICE DEPENDING ON THE DIFFERENT PROJECT, MANAGEMENT PEOPLE ARE AVERAGE AND COMPANIES POLICIES ARE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL FOR THE EMPLOYEES.

THE SALARY AND APPRAISAL IS VERY LESS COMPARE TO OTHER COMPANIES, POLITICS IS UP TO THE HIGH MARK IN TCS.

It’s not good for freshers cause there is minute hike in salary. Which is the biggest drawback of it. And main reason of its employees to switch over another company

Only positive thing in my time here was the fact that while I was in a project where there was not much work, the technology I was randomly assigned to was ReactJS. I had pretty good work life balance. An option to start your career only if you are from a Tier III college and have no options.

Dislikes

You will find pay and promotion is extremely poor. Work life balance is not the case everywhere. Other cons of service based companies apply.
