As a fresher it a good company to start with but the salary is not that satisfied after 2 or 3 years you need to switch for your growth

Promotion are not that easy, people are put on hold for more than 10 years to get a promotion. You have to fight for your own promotion and still they don't grant them.

Here you can work life balance and learn many things even company providing you multiple learning platform where you upskill your self

Dislikes

Here salary is low in compare to other equivalent MNC and incriminating is also low but other benefits like job security are great

TCS is best no other company beat TCS work culture and security especially for girls is very good

TCS is best but when we talk about promotion and salary expectation it's not worthy.for freshers very less salary

Don't join tcs as a fresher, make experience of 10 to 12 years then join tcs with a higher package and enjoy the health insurance.(Only for BPS and BPO candidates)
