Poor management in projects, Use of productivity tracking tools(project dependent), lack of collaboration within teams resulting in uninteresting working space.

I am happy to work here only for job security. Who are coming more experience with good salary Can stay until there carrier. Not recommended for freshers for staying longer time Just learn and go with in 2 years.

Excellent core values , ethics in integrity , good learning environment, mutual respect, respect for each other and loyalty

Zero dislike except salary of its resources who join it in the beginning and give 5 years of their life

TCS literally takes care of everything. Medical insurances , job security, Fairness, office culture, self learning with free access on udemy, linkedin learning and portals.

Promotions and appraisals are terrible. Its okay to join as fresher....but after 2yrs experience salary is almost same. With 5-6% hike per year.

...t go for it. You will never neglect to be a tcser. Job security is at top level. Yes salary is less comparing to another organization's but once you are in tcs you will get thousands good offers til that you can enjoy your life with tcs.

All people's are good there. Just only thing I disliked is you will not get the location you want at first priority and also the project. They will allocate you according to there needs.
