Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Overall experience is nice since you get good learning resources however you cannot apply to that profile since process will not release you, despite getting higher grade your salary is not upto the mark. I would recommend people to join tcs last and do not join prior since your salary is not going to increase. Keep that in mind and do not join tcs early l

Salary on time and if manager is good on you. You just have to deliver the expected work in time and you can manage your work life balance. But this is only good if our Work From Homes keeps on going for a very long.

No recognition of efforts and no appreciation. They only provide Over Time Pay to Our other off shore team mates from other countries( they’re also TCS Employees). NO OVER TIME for Indian Employees. HR-BP Sucks never provide the help you need. If you’re not satisfied with the project you’re assigned no one cares about it.
