...d like to say i was with tcs since 2019 but i have wasted my 4.5 years with tcs. One of the worst project and company, there is no life and work balance, i was joined as a Band 2 still i am Band 2, i was joined in package of 4.10 LPA now my package is 5.10 LPA after al most 5 years.

Night shift, Management, Monitoring Benefit, Company Policy Very Old and Poor,

The most happiest thing about working at TCS is work life balance which in today's world is very important for mental stability and happiness which is the ultimate goal for every individual in life.

Salary hikes and promotions are very delayed. Also the salary slab is average this must be increased

I stayed at the job because of the people and the clients who were amazing. Insurance is supposed to be good.

Dislikes

...dumped on the good associates, but their hikes and promotions were verrrry poor. So basically join if you need the salary but don't work, it's not worth it.

The overall working environment is pretty nice, since this is my first company so I cannot compare it other IT companies. After working in TCS you will get enough time to maintain your social life, improve your desire skill sets. In a sort word your get job satisfaction here.

...rning part remains constant. Basically the overall financial growth is very low. Even after 4-5 years you will find your take home salary same as it was couple of years ago.

Secure job, no need to worry about performances. You have good health insurance policy ( only paid policies are good). you have good leaves structure but clients/domain doesn't allow you to take it.

Dislikes

No good pay, No hike, in the name of roles they don't give you promotions... This is a role based organization which means you have to work more for the lesser salary 😀 Never fall to the trap which says they will pay extra OT (300 to 600 Max for senior and team leads ). Culture - no organisational structure, No respect from the management, dont care about your problems. Yes, they say "We pay you to work " 😀 lol These are the few instances that I have noticed. If you do what ever they ask strech for 12 to 14 hrs to complete der work they will be happy and speaks to you in good way but still don't expect promotion. All the leads and team members are dummy they act like salves they don't say anything. Totally a bad place to work 8f your looking for growth and hike. Don't ever think about company sponsored team outing, oops forget about team outing not even a tea or coffee 😀
