They don't pay you even if you are worthy. They are losing some of their best employees just because of the low package. They pay you the lowest and the management shows under performance to allocate proper resources in appropriate domains.

The only con is the hikes are too low as compared the rising inflation.

I liked working in TCS. I got to learn new things from the projects i was offered. I got great teammates who helped me in every scenario. I got work life balance. But as days went by my work became stagnant with no challenges in work. One thing which is good in TCS is Job Security.

...gers or seniors no one will hear you, but you have to carry on your boring work. Yes you get job security, but that's not enough as you get to see very less hikes in salary and other benefits. They have a cab facility which is just a showoff with cab shortages always. They should look after for the employees with hikes and facilities.

As you all know that TCS is one of the top most company in MNCs. Company provides good security and you will not feel pressure in work.

Dislikes

Promotions, hikes and salary perspective this is top worst company in india with no hikes and promotions. They will never think about employees future and their expectations.

- variable pay is scam for c3a plus people - toxic environment depends on team member and client (no team work) - zero job security , they will hire you any time and fire you with no reason it's like my bat and my ball if you gave me out then I will take my bat and ball with me no body can play - no salary growth
