At the time of hr discussiing salary it was like she is giving money from her own pocket, very limited hike

10 hrs shift to be shown only 9 in timesheet, cafeteria smells very bad(powai) pantries are like small call centers are much better

The job sequrity is most high. In pandamic where every company started reducing their employees TCS didn't did so. As an employee of TCS I really felt blessed that time. Thank you so much TCS

The increment is very low. As an BPO employee of TCS I really can't survive with this salary. I'm working here last 7 years and still I'm not getting atlist 30k per month. This makes me very very disappointed

The project I'm in has the best group of people. All are very friendly and a good work atmosphere is maintained. Easy to communicate with every level of authority.

The salary scale is too low and growth here takes a lifetime.

to talk about infrastructure its very good.very good place for work life balance.but salary hikes and incriments are worst.you cant even sustain with your current salary.hikes means changing of revise letters only not in reality the salary you get after incriment was same before the incriments.

salary hikes were worst.they wont follow their policies in benefit of employee but they follow in benefit of their company.i wasted my career by working in there.expected a lot more for growth before joining.but its totally waste of time.you ll get all the help from company toupskill your knowledge but you not be allowed to get opportunity to work on it that is what i found.
