For instance, even basic amenities like a good cup of coffee are lacking. The quality of the food provided is also a concern, it tends to be subpar and quite expensive.

Nothing to like , only one paryis decent that is salary which is decent due to my efforts that i cleared higher package interview at time of joining, after joining don't expect much salary increase

1. compensation 2. promotions 3. basic component in salary , I think it's the low in the IT and any other company, someone can put a metrics comparing similar companies can help larger community. 4. list goes on

Likes

TCS offers good work life balance and average skill development. Once you are in they rarely fire. They have variety of projects where you will be mapped according to your skill even if you are average or poor in skill.

Dislikes

Poor salary hikes, Removal of hybrid mode. And Poor promotions. Only disadvantages of TCS job as a fresher is less money.

there ae no layoffs in TCS and will hopefully never happen. There is never too much work hence there is a god work-life balance.

salary s too low and even the annual hikes are at a very low growth rate. getting promoted for people is very random instead of being time-based or merit based.
