...tion. In two and half year did not give a single chocolate on behalf of my work. You can only get salary not more that. As compare to other companies TCS employee satisfaction is very poor.

Very stingy management Employees get only salary but no goodies, team lunches or sponsored celebrations. Laptops given are poor in condition to many and warranty of the laptops are not tracked properly. Employees are forced to pay for any damage even for a 2 year old laptop

Work culture at TCS was pretty good for me a lot less stressful with all facilities available inside campus.

Dislikes

Growth is slow in terms of salary and learning. Sometimes you may excellent project opportunities for growth but chances of getting such projects is very low
