Mechanical projects are minimal. Needs lot of efforts to get one. Pay too less. RMGs are very headstrong.

Nothing to like , only one paryis decent that is salary which is decent due to my efforts that i cleared higher package interview at time of joining, after joining don't expect much salary increase

Appraisal and salary hike is super difficult, if you have worked for product company previously then definitely you wont like tcs for some reasons. Try to join tcs at the time you wanna get stability in life. 3 month of notice period could be a hurdle for you to find a new job

For instance, even basic amenities like a good cup of coffee are lacking. The quality of the food provided is also a concern, it tends to be subpar and quite expensive.

I am happy to work here only for job security. Who are coming more experience with good salary Can stay until there carrier. Not recommended for freshers for staying longer time Just learn and go with in 2 years.
