No new skill learning No career growth Monotonous work and very small part of whole process, so overall understanding of product is less and limited skillset used. Difficult to find job outside because of lack of multiple common skills. A lot of politics and favoritism typical Indian Company. Almost flat hierarchy so no scope to become TL and manager also old people are not leaving.

No work life balance..no roles and responsibilities defined....favourism is there.. Too much stress... Responsible for everything..even not your area of work.. Management is not listening to u Not for long run...

... support very much appreciable, but huge difference in contract & onroll salary. But as compare to other contract sulzer pay more.. Flexible hours Nx Teamcenter autocad Good work envirnment Cross functional team very helpful. I am the only person got new global project among all contract collegues. So very challenging/lot of things to learn Like Routing Nx, teamcenter, Kaizen, partfamily, API, standard part creation & piping assedories etc.

But unfortunately conflict with my team leader Now a in this comony first time am working with global team so its happening. But global manager happy so i am focusing on my work only.

1. Systems are in place. 2. Management is approachable. 3. Trainings, lot to learn. 4. Intra-departmental job shift against sacrifice of apprisal that year. 5. Good food quality. 6. Genuine colleagues - core functional teams are very hard working. 7. Respect of employee, respect for woman employees.

Dislikes

...npower gaps is Amezing. Need to work on almost all Saturdays and on leaves. 4. Performance pay is part of CTC here, which eventually gets cut, minimum 30%, irrespective of performance. 5. No Bonus.

Horrible work culture. Zero work life balance. Unrealistic deadlines. Specially tray department. You have to work more than 12 hrs a day compulsory or they'll fire you Even on Saturday. (Company policy says saturday Sunday is off but in reality Sometimes they call you on Sunday too).
