I worked in TCS ambattur. It was like working in my home limited people with lots of love ,i got trained by new software skills. Got opportunity to perform in various modes like Angel in chritmas celebration and best performer in marketing research competition. Overall my first company in my life is always a good memory for me.

Good compensation with slow growth.

Salary growth is very low as compared other bpo company for freshers and experience employees politics they think that we are the only boss

Work culture at TCS was pretty good for me a lot less stressful with all facilities available inside campus.

Growth is slow in terms of salary and learning. Sometimes you may excellent project opportunities for growth but chances of getting such projects is very low

I have great privilege working good Team members and tcs management is good in terms of supporting emergency situation.

Salary structure for experience person are also very poor, I think they should think about it.

Work culture (not all, but because of some senior managers who don't support our ambition), low salary that doesn't increase according to inflations, no bonuses, promotions that grows only in few percent which doesn't make a big difference.
