Apart From Job Security, we didn't find any thing at TCS. 1. Low salary increament 2. Delay promotion (once in 4/5 year's): that also on management reference 3. Bad work culture due to increase work politics In short zero visibility in career growth, if you are in service industry, better be in product industry.

At the time of hr discussiing salary it was like she is giving money from her own pocket, very limited hike

Dislikes

10 hrs shift to be shown only 9 in timesheet, cafeteria smells very bad(powai) pantries are like small call centers are much better

The job sequrity is most high. In pandamic where every company started reducing their employees TCS didn't did so. As an employee of TCS I really felt blessed that time. Thank you so much TCS

Dislikes

The increment is very low. As an BPO employee of TCS I really can't survive with this salary. I'm working here last 7 years and still I'm not getting atlist 30k per month. This makes me very very disappointed

Got Offer from TCS!

Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. Also, TCS is considering 10.2 experience only as some process on their side. Please share your thoughts on the offered package and the experience part. Thank you in advance.
