...nses are increasing but in tcs salary percentage is not given according to that. What ever increment you get most of the amount is added in variable pay and other, so take home salary will not sufficient. If you got promoted means.your manager will not good band. Role change is very difficult. Mechanical engineering related courses are less.even if you are willing to do some course, your manager may not approve or appreciate.they will ask to concentrate only on delivery. Un ethical approach -if your ask questions or role change means they release you or give low rating.

Worklife balance will be good, don't expect salary hike and promotion, if you are into management you will get salary hike and promotion with out asking your manager

Even call taxi driver is earning 3k to 4 k per day, he is happy, here even seniors will get 70 k to 80 k max - experience level will be 18 + By the name of work life balance, they won't give promotions, 10 year back what salary you will be getting, almost same salary you will be getting now, they won't ask you to go out of company You will get burnout here , after going through this tough situation you have commitments you have to go and look out for some good job outside

Appraisal and salary hike is super difficult, if you have worked for product company previously then definitely you wont like tcs for some reasons. Try to join tcs at the time you wanna get stability in life. 3 month of notice period could be a hurdle for you to find a new job

Back step on work from home, worst management, worst benefits, work compensation. And they promised onsite at time of interview but after joining their is no discussion about it. Office is very far from city adibatla.
