I like the work-life balance at TCS. Job security is also one of the main things working in TCS.

...gs to get. If you get the promotion only your CTC will get slightly higher side. Otherwise, no choice to improve your pay. Don't stay long in TCS once you get into the comfort Zone you never leave the company. TCS must be the ending point in job switching not to be your starting point. it's my general advice.

salary and appraisal increment is very slow , even salary is not increasing as per inflation rate I have work in this co since last 3 years but hike is not satisfactory not even I earn 20000 PM as completed 3 years

...l a good experience. If you talk about career growth there are very few chances. There is no hike expectations and also benefits too. But i can assure you that there is a job security.

There are few feedbacks i would like to give that there won't be any good hikes and no career growth.

Likes

Large organization with ample projects so less worry about losing job. Good office infra with ample open space for walking and relaxing when needed. Good diversity of people. Transportation support. Opportunity to grow across any domain.

Dislikes

Low salary as per market. Sometimes can be orthodox as compared to other companies in terms of allowing wfh etc.

Except Salary and other benefits rest all superb here, and please don't expect hikes in TCS. It will be very very less when compared to other companies in the Industry.

Dislikes

Training provided will be superb, Job Security is 100% same like a Govt Job. For a fresher in Non IT sector salary is below par. Hikes are also very very minimal. Work environment and wok life balance is TCS satisfies everyone.
