...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

It's a great company for the people who have experienced. And job security is the best part of TCS. I am not saying work pressure is less but less than other MNC companies.

Dislikes

Salary scale for freshers. Promotion and increment is too less .

TCS is best place for those who have another source of income, it also provides the 100% job security till now. It's medical facilities is very effective and very quick.

Dislikes

Appraisal and the increment in salary is very bad and even the work life balance is also not there. The main concern is the very less salary increment and the low amount of appraisal. Many a time this concern has been raised, but management is still failed to resolve this issue. It causes the employee to leave the organization. For freshers, it is not the correct company to start their career atleast in BPS sector, not known for IT sector.

Job satisfaction and people are working here from more then 15 year because of comfort zone.

Dislikes

No bonus , no increment , not even a packet of sweets in Diwali or any fastival and if u get A in a year u will get 5% to 7% salary hike .

For starters, TCS offers the lowest salary in the IT industry. The freshers are paid a package of Rs 3.36 lakh per annum which is the lowest among service-based companies in India.
