- variable pay is scam for c3a plus people - toxic environment depends on team member and client (no team work) - zero job security , they will hire you any time and fire you with no reason it's like my bat and my ball if you gave me out then I will take my bat and ball with me no body can play - no salary growth

Don't like anything offices have spacious working desk and some chairs are good

Job security - Good

Dislikes

List is too long but I'll short with career progression in terms of salary, you'll get additional responsibilities daily but no compensation. No facilities for employees in office

I'm not against bulk hiring but as a consequence salary is already lower than market and since hikes are low as well so basically if you stay for couple years then you'll notice your friends with a package far greater than yourself. 4.
