I like noting at all!!! Worst experience, low increment ,after 2 years of working also your salary would be the same! very poor management, politics are soooo high, you get to learn more politics knowledge than working knowledge.

Almost everything, the corruption, the toe-licking culture, the biasness, the terrible increment in salary after appraisal, the appraisal partiality itself. The list will go on forever.

Having the job security while i was on training period i had encountered a tenured employee who not able to cope up with the training even after having multiple sessions and even after going in live production the employee was still couldn't understand the process so he was moved to RMG . TCS tolerance acceptance level is beyond comparison

The compensation and the work environment for a fresher as per my experience was not great . And coming to leaves it was totally based to meeting the target set up by the management i.e. if the team has exhausted the monthly target for leave no one even if they had urgent requirement or genuine requirement of leaves would be accepted in that case they would have to take a downfall of taking an unplanned leave and would affect their appraisal

Everything is good except for Salary benefits and growth. As pols and favouritism is common everywhere, I wouldn't want to mention that point

No incentives are provided for the extra hours. They give you comp off instead. And appraisal system is also not appearing.

It was a great opportunity to work in TCS, Being my first company I have learnt a lot from TCS. It was a wonderful experience everyone was supportive and helpful.

Even if it was a great company I have faced few problems here regarding promotion and pay scale which is very low here.
