I have below 2 offers. which one to join. Need some guidance. 1. Luxoft - 32 fixed lpa. WFH. 1 lac joining bonus. 2. TCS - 31 fixed . over all ctc - 36. no WFH. 2 lac joining bonus (temporarily hybrid 3 days in client location which is near to my place till the time assigned to same project)

... confirm my permanent payroll after 1 year.After that delaying that now after 1.5 month They told me that I have taking salary though cheque of one of the previous company so we drop your employment and within 15 days they are releasing me.

Tcs just has job security.

...ting since 3 years. They ask just nomination for automation but never happens. No salary growth.Just 4-7% annually. No rooom for personal concerns or medical reasons. Didn't get transferred to other location if asked for transfer..
