It's a government cleark job with very less salary , no chance for skill development and if you are willing to work then also there is jit much good project available.

Apart from Compensation, everything is perfect, compensation Should Be Increased for all especially freshers who have joined just now for smart hires, because the amount which we are getting is soo low that we are looking for a job outside and thinks to switch after joining itself, they should think for their employees as well apart for the community, there employees are going poor because of this. We feel dejected with such low compensation.

As above mentioned compensation is the key factor bad about TCS soon I guess we will be having BPL cards and have to take food support from government, such low salary structure we have, please improve that alot,it needs a big revision.

Less works, login logout early also accessible based on the projects, on time salary, if you're good on time wasting this one would suits better

no new learning on production, less product development projects, once selected in a project never leaves until or unless leaving the organization.
