...g which I can state good is about the work culture and ethics about the company. Also salary is given on time, training relating to job profile was good.

Dislikes

Compenstation is not at all proportional to the efforts which we are taking and growth is really slow. Tremendous work pressure which forces us to work for 14 hours a day most times, also in case we have an off that day too we may receive call from office stating work load is more and you have to be present.

Good Working culture, Stress-free work life, offers various career opportunities, Good HR supports, product support, and health insurance welfare especially Tata Trust.

...n project allocation. •Yearly/Promotion Hike will not make much difference. •Less remuneration (those who joined after you will earn better compensation at TCS).

Great work life balance and good exposure for freshers. Managers and Teammates are friendly and helpful (atleast in my experience).

Dislikes

Below average salary,low hike and support projects. There are enough learning opportunities but most of the freshers do end up mostly in support projects and in most of these projects learning or skill improvement will be limited

In hand salary -13145 (for smart hiring dudes) PG-7000 (3 sharing decent room). Daily Afternoon food -(60 *5 =300 weekly ) monthly 1200 Bus daily charges -( 20*5 weekly) monthly 400 outing snacks weekly- 1000 daily needs such as shampoo, soap, detergent etc... -1200 weekend outing mostly within city -2000 end every month salary will remain around 300rs in bank account
