When I got the offer letter it was exciting to join TCS as a fresher. I have learnt a lot here, which I don't expect i could have ever learnt, on my own or any other way. During this lockdown situation they are very helpful providing us with all the possible facilities like, taking our desktops home. Providing us with the internet charges.

Dislikes

...ce you to take the projects they have, they never ask about what you want to do. There salary package for Freshers makes me feel like I am an intern an not at all an employee. I am working even then I need to ask for money from my parents, this is what I hate the most. They don't even provide any transport.

On time salary and flexible working hours.

Dislikes

Poor management in projects, Use of productivity tracking tools(project dependent), lack of collaboration within teams resulting in uninteresting working space.

Likes

Freshers can learn and gain skills sets and can switch to another company. Tcs is not like company it is more of like school. After college you can start your professional journey from here. But it has its own drawback which I'll discuss in dislike section. Some of Its policy is good but also these have its own drawback XD. such as health insurance benifits, No layoff policy.

Dislikes

... of the people working here because of job security and life insurance benifits. Salary of a freshers is not practical according to current days scenario. Freshers have less scope to grow up and less promotion opportunities. No matters how much work are you delivering higher management will only force you to come back office. Some people do nothing literally just only sucking the company. Management is puppet. If anyone (freshers) wants to do nothing after 10 years and he or she belongs to a rich family where your salary is just your pocket money. then yes u can choose tcs blindly.

Zero dislike except salary of its resources who join it in the beginning and give 5 years of their life

...t go for it. You will never neglect to be a tcser. Job security is at top level. Yes salary is less comparing to another organization's but once you are in tcs you will get thousands good offers til that you can enjoy your life with tcs.

All people's are good there. Just only thing I disliked is you will not get the location you want at first priority and also the project. They will allocate you according to there needs.
