Worst management The management is so worst, the have hired people as bpo3 which is band 3 with a package of 7 to 8 lacs and they dont even know how to work in excel They don't know how to manage the team they are worst then hitler the management are sitting in pune and deciding the mumbai transport weather the people should get transport or not, even the skip meetings are worst, skips are there to address the concerns and problms if any of the employees however the manager is defending the team leads by saying they dont know about this might be this was the issue, how the hell did the team lead not know the things, the team lead are just for name sake they give every reports and other things to the processor and they go for roaming having unlimited breaks but the employees has to take limited break they can come as per their convinince and even go early however if you are doing first shift then you have to follow the 10:30 to 8:45 timing thoroughly The other team lead who has more responsibilities and might become floor manager is so worst, he prefer to give every thing to girls only the promotion is for girls, RnR is for them they can take leaves they can come as per their mood and can go early also He differenciate person and People as per their caste I have so much more to say but can't as per the policies and regulations. Other processes are so. damn good they are provided with hybrid, work from home facility if the person is not well, transport even if it is one sided Great company with so much bhangi people.

Company offers very good level of job security also, medical facility provided by company is very good.

Dislikes

Salary growth is very slow and there is not time time limit for appraisals. Transport service is worse.

...o many years in same project. It depends on your manager and project management. Variable pay is mysterious. It depends not based on your performance, depends on entire unit your associated with.

Work culture is amazing. Work life balance is also great. But with someone like me who needs work and wants to constantly learn, tcs wasn’t the place to start. It’s good for mid level careers, not for freshers.

No hikes, no motivation, no appraisals, shit salary. Failure to recognize true potential from right employee

... not work and happily butter manager for a living. It is a very toxic workplace. They keep 5 lpa as your variable pay and hardly pay 20 percent of that so your ctc is reduced by 4lpa straightway. Hike is 1 - 2 percent annually. They do not maintain any hygiene in the canteens and there are flies and cats and dogs roaming around. Bathrooms are dirty and so is the drinking water. You will never get promotion here.
