I have below 2 offers. which one to join. Need some guidance. 1. Luxoft - 32 fixed lpa. WFH. 1 lac joining bonus. 2. TCS - 31 fixed . over all ctc - 36. no WFH. 2 lac joining bonus (temporarily hybrid 3 days in client location which is near to my place till the time assigned to same project)

Job security - Good

Dislikes

TCS is not for talented candidate, company is not giving good salary to deserving candidate but paying good salary to not deserving candidate. You will not have good money while you retiring if you work long with TCS.

Environment is good, teammates are supportive, for learning perspective they have provided online platform. Premisses is too big and awesome. They have big cafetaria, library, sport area.
