Nothing to like , only one paryis decent that is salary which is decent due to my efforts that i cleared higher package interview at time of joining, after joining don't expect much salary increase

If you get good project and client than everything is good

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Appraisal and salary hike is super difficult, if you have worked for product company previously then definitely you wont like tcs for some reasons. Try to join tcs at the time you wanna get stability in life. 3 month of notice period could be a hurdle for you to find a new job

Firstly, the salary provided is often below industry standards, leading to many employees feeling underpaid. Additionally, the facilities offered could be significantly better. For instance, even basic amenities like a good cup of coffee are lacking. The quality of the food provided is also a concern, it tends to be subpar and quite expensive.

...with product development company. No skill development No promotion or position Lease salary as per market standard Cheap politics Only thing you will learn Documentation If you get an opportunity to work with TCS, if interviewer says that you will be working for R&D, then please don't think that it is Research and Development , instead it is Rework and Documentation. If you be in any service industry try to switch to OEM within 3 years
