As Tata consultancy services is a branded company everyone feels delight to work there. Getting job in TCS is considered as central government job. Job security is really best option in TCS when compared to other companies. No one has the right to fire you even your work performance is poor. They have the right to fire employees only when employees do something illegal activities or violate the rules of company. They will fire employees when they are proven guilty doing activities like harassing co workers or using abusive language in company or with co workers.

...y experienced in other companies so that you will be given best hike and growth. For freshers, it will be very slow to settle in company with good package and benefits.

Salary growth is very low as compared other bpo company for freshers and experience employees politics they think that we are the only boss

They do not fire people who is not working and sitting on desk for years but they denied to pay the quarterly bonus and increment to people who is doing hard work. What a joke but it's true

Hiring people hide the work profile and align the non domain work. If you ask for release they are denying as per policy. Fake people Fake environment.

I have great privilege working good Team members and tcs management is good in terms of supporting emergency situation.

Salary structure for experience person are also very poor, I think they should think about it.

It really gives a best platform for learning and exploring in vivid sectors. With various learning opportunities with incentives so that it could be professionally uplift.

Only salary structure is not that good for freshers as increments are extremely low.
