Less Salary Treat you like a servant No job security they can kick off any time. No Saturday/ Sunday off No holiday off, you have to came on diwali, holi , independent day in corporate like a security guard. No cab No food And sometimes toilet have no water or soap And on one location tcs have lots of rats in canteen i saw during night shift.

Have a earned leave concept which can be encashed after 30 - 40 leaves are collected. Good upskilling platforms are provided. Have a great company culture, you feel included , celebrate every occasion and quarterly team lunch or initiatives for outings are present where you can network and have fun with different teams. Have initiatives like fit 4 life and purpose for life.

Freshers salary is two low for commerce background First three years Even after appraisal you will not feel that you got any hike

You will get a good work life balance and your after retirement benifits would be the best. I think even the medical insurance that tcs provides is best in the market. The senior management is also good.

Dislikes

I don't like the salary part and very less benifits and perks are provided. Even the increaments is very less. I felt like I am not getting paid as much as what my value of work is.
