Working under Tata group is very great feeling. And environment is excellent and some managers are not good. They don't know how to behave with employees that is very bad in TCS. RATAN TATA is a very very good persion to deal the employee problems and all those things but some managers are behaving with the employees very bad maner. It's only thing is the problem remaining everything in TCS is excellent...

Travelling to Aadibatla. Salary increments and appraisal....

This is Good company for job security. Timing flexibility is there. Good platform to learn new technologies

I am very disappointed with package. They gave very low package based on my experience they should give some more package.

Little job security unless and until you don't violate company security policy noone will fire you.

Paying low salary to existing employees and hiring outside candidates in average package. And giving yearly hike of just 2-3% however in media they will show 7-10% sometimes more. Higher management doesn't bother about you. They want their work done. Most of the higher management company working on toxic behaviour. A lot of people are on bench some are since year. Average bench period 3months min. Doesn't have anything any project.
