Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Dislikes

No salary increments , No hikes and promotions even we perform well. The percentage of hike is very less and the procedures for any approvals or any claims are too slow and we have to wait for a long time to get those.

I'm really very dissatisfied with salary hike.. literally from joining to till now I didn't get much hike.... TCS is not good ,if it's your first job as there is no hike at all...

Dislikes

...e is a lot of politics and the management doesn't support you in your bad times. Salary is low and career growth also slow. You worked very hard but the managers will not appreciate but if you done even a single mistake it will escalate higher.
