... their joining month. I joined in Oct 2021 and got my 1st appraisal in Apr 2023.They do lot of changes in CTC and tries to bring down the take home salary.

TCS is a good place to workfor freshers who are juat out of college and for people who have 8-10 years left for their retirement. For in-betweens, tough you will have a good work life balance, you will not be paid enough to enjoy that

Compensation. Being a manager and working in TCS for almost 10 years, my package has just crossed 10 lakhs pa after the last increment

I liked TCS Health insurance schemes.. Apart from this there are many company policies but you will end up searching which policy is the latest one. I heard about Job security but I see this is the private company, when your performance is not upto the mark obviously private company can sack you anytime.

...tion is masked and you can't see anyones designation. IT policies are very bad.. You can't send you salary slip on personal mobile through outlook. You need to have vpn connected... Very bad.

Working for the brand TATA itself is a pride. TCS has good job security and has multiple projects in hand

Should definitely look on compensation and benefits for employees. Salary are not as per market standards
