Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

The only thing one can get is stable work life with less tension to grow achieve.

Salary hike is not that good. The oldies on top of you will try demotivate you as much as they can. They will do everything in their capacity to make you stay in that project.

There is too much politics inside. Also They are not give compensation as per market value. It is very difficult to change your project to develop your skills. Make Sure you will select the project what you want. They will pressurize you to select project what you are getting.

Really its very good company.. But there is more politics for onsite opportunity. Salary is good but for fresher I think they need to struggle more but company provide more learning opportunity. Visibility is very less.
