Salary and promotion process being one of the worst metrics on being a part of the TCS family. If you would like to join TCS, consider it in a phase where you would settle down here with a good package as retirement plan, don't join it early in your career because progressing here will make you old.

Job Security cos most of them are lazy bags who doesnt skill up and also cheap labour for the clients .

Everything .No Career Growth , Horrible work culture. Underpaid salary .Sometimes we think even a tea shop would be better than working at TCS as a fresher

The only thing I like about TCS is the brand name it has got outside. I respect the Tata Empire Other than that the company salary, infrastructure, internal rules inside the company are too bad. No promotion for the first year and very negligible percentage the next year. 1.7 % hike. No discussions on career, no talks about growth. Bad working environment and most of them are tamilians. They have their own group.

Dislikes

No fun, no salary increment, no shift allowance in early morning shift, no promotion, no talks with manager, we are left on our own. Very bad work environment. Infrastructure is poor. Overall a bad place to work. Work from office rules, reduction in Pay for not working from office. 10 hours shift with one hour break.

It's good and secured company there is no targates and stress from there project it's good

Nothing it's good but coming to benefits for degree people there is no other bones and package also it's very less other than that tcs is very good platform
