Good work life balance, not much pressure, flexibility depends on the project. Good place and opportunities to learn new technologies But No hike, no promotion, lot of politics when it comes to band , promotion etc.

Talking about IT service industry TCS is best. Yet i feel salary compensation could be better.

Please provide normal hike to employes. After having 2.5 yr experience I joined TCS with 3.7 lac pkg now overall I have 7 year experience having only 5.8 lac package. In 4 yrs only 2 lac. How can I survive in this society..

Friendly working environment and flexible shifts and leaves. One best thing is they do reimburse your certifications cost and there are lot of opportunities for learning new technologies. They always entertain learning.

Salary hike is getting lower year by year and there will be more than 30% difference between your CTC and salary you get. Management is not so good they play with associates who are hardworking and entertain those who simply showoff.It has most of the fascilities and nothing is free.
