Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

...ere. You will continue working on same role and profile for long period of time. Compensation is also sub-standard. Annual compensation is less than the inflation so basically your salary reduces every year

Best company to be at when you get 40+. I regret to join in my late 20s. Too much of learning scope. Easy to get abroad projects. Supportive team and very importantly, Best HRs. They call you by their own just by one Ping. No leaves issues. You can pickup the skills you want to learn and grow.

Nothing. Not even the coffee is of quality. Even there they cut cost.

Dislikes

...e are just bonded labour working for pennies while shareholders earn in dollars. They have maximum operating margin ofcourse at the cost of employee compensation.

Salary and benefits More deduction, Even no body knows what are those deductions in salary. People can join, who doesn't want to change the company without thinking about salary
