They are taking new hired with good salary but not willing to give that salary to the person who is loyal and working from 10 years. Policy need to be change for the employees who give there 10 years to the company.

I will not recommend tcs to anywhere unless and until you get good salary. Now tcs has 5 days office working policy. Plus 9 working hours and for mumbai powai location it will take 2+2 = 4 hours traveling time. Very less hike. No promotion. Not having good project.

Freshers can learn and gain skills sets and can switch to another company. Tcs is not like company it is more of like school. After college you can start your professional journey from here. But it has its own drawback which I'll discuss in dislike section. Some of Its policy is good but also these have its own drawback XD. such as health insurance benifits, No layoff policy.

... of the people working here because of job security and life insurance benifits. Salary of a freshers is not practical according to current days scenario. Freshers have less scope to grow up and less promotion opportunities. No matters how much work are you delivering higher management will only force you to come back office. Some people do nothing literally just only sucking the company. Management is puppet. If anyone (freshers) wants to do nothing after 10 years and he or she belongs to a rich family where your salary is just your pocket money. then yes u can choose tcs blindly.

...ifferent clauses company gives like do mlt then your ast promotion will be done. Hike is also very less on A band only 5℅ on c we get 10k hike on 8 lpa package after 12 years of work. What to expect from such a company

Don't join in any project , just stay in bench as much time as u want (Your salary won't get affected ), TCS will not fire u , But Other companies will , Do courses as much as u can and whichever u want , After some years Switch company and u can tell the other company that u were working in a project and on This This technologies u have worked.No body will know and 90% corporates employees will do it.
