...its been a 2 year 7 month in tcs as a process associate in BPS on base of b.com. i would suggest not to join tcs as a fresher because they will put you in any process due to which you have to work forcefully even if you don't wont to work in such process and you can also say it a call center because in BPS there are 98% night shift and calling process and also if you think to get out of tcs then as per the experience you have to work in same field if you want increment in salary. All other things are very good like work environment and many other thing So i would suggest join as a experience so that you will get best role you want and also salary , as a fresher you get very low salary and yearly they increase it by 300-400rs per month max , so increment is very low which is the reason many people leave the company and their is more recruitment every year in TCS.

Dislikes

The thing i dislike is salary increment and the role they gives us in which we dont have interest. Night shift and lots of calling.

Little job security unless and until you don't violate company security policy noone will fire you.

Dislikes

Paying low salary to existing employees and hiring outside candidates in average package. And giving yearly hike of just 2-3% however in media they will show 7-10% sometimes more. Higher management doesn't bother about you. They want their work done. Most of the higher management company working on toxic behaviour. A lot of people are on bench some are since year. Average bench period 3months min. Doesn't have anything any project.

Work culture is amazing. Work life balance is also great. But with someone like me who needs work and wants to constantly learn, tcs wasn’t the place to start. It’s good for mid level careers, not for freshers.

Dislikes

No hikes, no motivation, no appraisals, shit salary. Failure to recognize true potential from right employee

...m. they dont give value for the employee carrier they just want their billing . I found there is no carrier growth technically because they will allocate the project which are irrelevant to our core skills they is no hikes , i don't see any hike for my salary for last 4 years and nowadays they are not paying variable pay RMG is not allow to tag to right projects where we get onsite opportunities

- variable pay is scam for c3a plus people - toxic environment depends on team member and client (no team work) - zero job security , they will hire you any time and fire you with no reason it's like my bat and my ball if you gave me out then I will take my bat and ball with me no body can play - no salary growth
