... not work and happily butter manager for a living. It is a very toxic workplace. They keep 5 lpa as your variable pay and hardly pay 20 percent of that so your ctc is reduced by 4lpa straightway. Hike is 1 - 2 percent annually. They do not maintain any hygiene in the canteens and there are flies and cats and dogs roaming around. Bathrooms are dirty and so is the drinking water. You will never get promotion here.

...als will tell you over the Teams call that they don't need your past experience. HR in this organisation is simply useless, and doesn't pay heed to your grievance. If your experience is between 8 to 10 years and you've zeal to work like donkeys and don't want to learn anything new then this organisation is for you.. Also, if you think you'll be travelled to overseas for projects then rethink your decision since only few individuals travel who are good in licking.. Last, don't join their Sales Organisation it's full of idiots.. they'll bid to every single deal knowing they cannot win.. just because they got many individuals in their sales team.
