1. Pathetic policies towards salary appraisal and quarterly bonus 2. Lateral hires should consider TCS as last company to work with as they have come up with new policy that for first eligible year no appraisal will happen and next year it will be usually 4-5% 3. Quarterly bonus payout is hardly 50-60% which is 15% of your CTC 4. You will be forced to work from office with or without any project. 5. Its a good company to buy shares but worst when it comes to work with

Very good self learning we will get so many oppertunities to up our skills.

Salary hikes. Hike policies are very bad So many politics As per my observation from DM level and higher they have very arrogant and don't care about employee. For DM there pressure fro their higher manager same for higher management. It's like chain of action final suffer will b employee only. 9 hours must work policy. If we are in very bad karma we will fall in BOA account.

Don't like anything offices have spacious working desk and some chairs are good

List is too long but I'll short with career progression in terms of salary, you'll get additional responsibilities daily but no compensation. No facilities for employees in office

- Plenty of resources to learn from. Talent development team is actively encouraging employees to learn new tech which is very good. - People are amazing and kind. I liked everyone there. - You will get amazing role only if you are lucky. Mostly you'll get something that you don't like (for freshers ) and you can't change the role. Read cons to know why. - Great place to start career and settle at later stage of your life. Not an ideal place for in-between.

...akes everyone to work in more relaxed manner. So the environment is uninspiring. - insignificant salary hike ( It doesn't beat inflation) - Takes longer time to get promoted (usually multiples of 4 years ). Your worth is measured in terms of number of years of experience only. - No support team follows proper process though they have it on paper. They'll waste your time for everything, even after leaving the company.
