Best thing that I liked about TCS was the Seniors working there were really helpful to me when I joined, though some of them resigned very early after me joining.

Dislikes

TCS has not got a good salary hike or increment, that's the main reason it's loosing some of the best employees.

I likes the job security, work life balance and company culture and learning opportunities in TCS. TCS is providing the food facility if an associate stuck in a PG without food. TCS has introduced Secure Boarderless workspace to work from home in this difficult times.

I dislike the politics in TCS and poor compensation that TCS provides.

Job security is at it's best. Training is good but not up to industry demand. Salary ,what is this ?? Boot lickers get much benefit from appraisals who knows how to hype their minimal work. WORK Environment is full of politics. Innovation,what is this??
