The work life in TCS is very good. Don't expect for higher salary but we have job security. The work and personal life balance is good. All the members will help you to become the your best in work and also we can learn lots of things with their help.

It depends on which project you are working on. I got a good project as a fresher and learnt various new skills. TCS also has a good work culture and work life balance.

Salary structure is not good and there is not much increment. And most of the time freshers do not get good projects to work on.

job security is the best part here. company culture and ethics are also greatbecause it TATA. Most of the government project and national level projects are likely to coming here. Depending on the type of project you are getting your life and experience will be super good or super bad.

very less pay scale and growth. even appraisals are given in penneies. if it is your first job, then you will be stuck at the same salary bracket for a very long time and andit's very difficult to get digital or innovator profiles being in a project which require too much effort from your side,and occasionally they keep changing the rooms and conditions also.
