Biggest pain point is it’s resignation policy as you won’t be able to rejoin this organisation ever once you resign.

Job Security cos most of them are lazy bags who doesnt skill up and also cheap labour for the clients .

Everything .No Career Growth , Horrible work culture. Underpaid salary .Sometimes we think even a tea shop would be better than working at TCS as a fresher

...ce towards upkilling, blind-eye towards employee ambition and career objectives. The biggest minus point is the salary which goes complete unrevised since a long time. Promotion and appraisal are very marginal.

TCS is a good organization. We can develop our skills , if we are working in projects as developer, and job security and culture is also stable.

Dislikes

The cons for this company is mainly salary and promotions. Salary will get increase 7% only if got 'A' rating also. Promotions will come based on colabaration with the managers and project.
