I hate the salary hike there the most, they don't even discuss about the hike and all always makes you feel that you received as much as possible.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. I Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you can't resign. I On the job training is not given to new joinees

Tcs being a brand, it's a nice company to start with in corporate. The work culture is good and the people are helpful.

I feel tcs lacks at employee friendly policies and the compensation and growth perspective. Also the notice period of 3 months is way too much

TCS is a great company in terms of jobs security and insurance . If you are from IT sector you can get change to work with on client side as well .

There is no growth in BPS sector in terms of knowledge and salary .

Waste company no salary hike no bonus and nothing no growth..no respect to employees from management. Same treatment to freshers and experienced employees.freshees are hired with higher grades and no growth to the employees who are working for the company from years it's better to quit organisation and to for other companies.
