Working culture is good, main work for only Saturday and Sunday only , remaining days preparation, meeting,etc.. leave for weekly once its a Tuesday only.

No career growth and opportunities, we work hard but salary is less, compensation also less,

Company is good u can learn lot of new things management was good apart from salary u will get convence amt and u will get opportunity to travel in various cities for work.

Increments is less from expectations work life balance is not there no week offs

Team mates avery deplomatic, no job security, no career growth, poor salary as compair to.the timing you have work atleast 17 to 18 hrs per day, travel.facility is ok, no learning is their, work enviornment is worst, a huge politics is their from supervisor as well as from head also like zonal manager.

First of all i am thankful to Ion for giving me an experience of getting a job ..i havr worked here since 4 yrs with full of dedication but i have learned many things like creating a good persionality development ,Always got an oppurtunity to groom myself for customer realtion build up ...Very much experienced to handle all kind of stress in work place

... get time to look after their persional life when there long schedule of exam ..Everyday employees work for around 16-18hrs but dont have any good compensation or salary hike facilities for employees ...One more improrant problem as most of the days we have maximum work on holidays so we dont get adequate leave as per our working hour count ..hope Company will think for the employees for crearing a better work environment

TCS is a great company in terms of jobs security and insurance . If you are from IT sector you can get change to work with on client side as well .

Dislikes

There is no growth in BPS sector in terms of knowledge and salary .
