Everything first of all area manager and cluster manager don't know how to behave & talk with their employees. They think they are superior. Specifically east region management including hr. If you complain anything to HR. Don't ever join this company otherwise your life became hell because of their politics. Their upper management should join any political party instead of retail organization they will do better their.

They didn't provide equal benefits for company & Frenchisee store . They provide very less salary in frenchisee store, no social Security in frenchisee store, there is no job security in any store.

Good work culture,Company policies are good yearly appraisals are fair ,No bonus for senior level employees

There is a lot of politics ,Bread and buttering are hampering the talent ,No Importance are given to qualified personnel

I did not find better company than tcns it support me a lot till it can.even after stretch they provided salary for extra months

Tcns helped me grow and explore in my career,the salary structure and appraisal is satisfactory as per the performance and the work environment is truly transparent with complete one to one discussion agenda, the company gave me an opportunity to meet the HOD'S, went to line presentation of the upcoming collection that helped me know about the fashion elaborately
