Everything first of all area manager and cluster manager don't know how to behave & talk with their employees. They think they are superior. Specifically east region management including hr. If you complain anything to HR. Don't ever join this company otherwise your life became hell because of their politics. Their upper management should join any political party instead of retail organization they will do better their.

Compensation and incentive plans are good and is interesting.

The management here is terrible. They call their staffs as donkeys worst managers and c graded managers. Here the senior bosses actually don't guide on how to improve things instead always humiliate and put tags as worst n all. They should treat their staffs as human beings rather than animals or donkeys. They actually need to groom themselves on how to treat people. Very worst experience I had in this East region. Never thought that the management people are actually not worried about their staffs and manager.

They didn't provide equal benefits for company & Frenchisee store . They provide very less salary in frenchisee store, no social Security in frenchisee store, there is no job security in any store.

Working in tcns clothing co ltd 3 years but after 3 year i dont received any increment..when i ask about this why i dont received increment my asm says management call..last 2 years store highst sale is my..2 month i handle store also..asm and hr come my store they give wel done but wen increment time asm say where you give groth ..sir i dont know loyal hona hi kya hum logoka bada dosh ahin...aha tak asm sir ne bola agar kahi or jana hota to kyo ni gaya..7000 salary mila phirbhi ni gaya dusre company jahan 30% ghorth deraha tha kyo ki sir ake khud bola as bar groth acha hoga..acha matlab 0 increment hotahe pata hota to company kelia intna loyal ni hona tha..mera dill pura tod diya is company ne...inta kus kartehe ekbar store ka kam ekbar house keeping ka kam..pani bhi khud kharidna padtahe aysa company..
