Fully remote work. Work life balance is dependent on the kind of project and team you are working with. In my case, it's a chill project not so hectic deadlines. Within few hours of working I can finish my work for the entire day and remain free and can do other things that I like in the mean time. Good company for software engineers who are seeking stability and less hectic work, but again, it depends on the team and the projects associated. Salaries paid on 1st working day of every month generally in the afternoon time. Reporting managers are of good nature, they treats you well and support you all the times. Onsite opportunities (in client based locations abroad)

...etting less than he deserves(of course for highly skilled engineers case only). Salary hike is bad. I too got it after 1.5 years of working here. As they are having continuous evaluation process and can happen at any time when the management wants, due of which they can delay the hike and promotion on their will. Every employee must push it hard and keeps on asking their reporting managers, then only they can have good chances of getting it(but don't expect good hike). Remote working people don't get important holiday gifts, which is sad (e.g., Diwali gifts)

...ntinuous appraisal process is the most biased one that the organization follows. Most of the employees didn't get their pay raise in the last 2 years, even after their exceptional performance. 3. Even after projecting 20–30% growth in every quarter (not sure about the authenticity of those claims), most of the employees get only 50% of their owed annual performance bonus. 4. Too much internal politics makes it difficult to grow professionally. The management is not easily approachable. If any employee started complaining about their issues, it always impacted their performance quietly. 5. Most of the time, the management forces the employees to work beyond office hours, mostly late at night and sometimes during the weekends. They ruin employees work-life balance completely. 6. They have a referral recruitment program, and they should pay the compensation for the referred candidate after completion of 6 months in the organization as per the HR policy. But they hold the compensation if they fail to assign the candidate to any project. 8. Actually, they recruit a lot of candidates but fail to assign any projects or assignments to them, eventually forcing them to quit.

Friendly and cooperative colleagues. Infrastructure is up to date.

Poor compensation. There is no proper appraisal process operational in the organisation. HR team is completely disconnected from the rest of the staff working here.
